Presenter: Della Ludwig, Workforce Strategy Consultant with the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development
Della Ludwig has been a Workforce Strategy Consultant with the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) since the inception of the team and has over 20 years of extensive human resources, benefits, and recruiting experience, with an industry focus in manufacturing. In her current role, she focusses on addressing barriers to employment, developing career pathways, and growing sector partnerships in her 22-county region and throughout Minnesota. Their team’s goals include connecting key stakeholders to workforce resources and supporting businesses in the development of strategic workforce solutions to drive economic equity and growth that are relevant in today's dynamic and ever-changing environment. Della is currently on the board of the Central Minnesota Manufacturers Association and leads the regional and state Tour of Manufacturing, which is held in October. She also assists with the Governor’s Workforce Development Board’s Drive for 5, focusing on the Manufacturing and Technology Sectors.
