Dave has 4 decades of corporate, consulting and technology leadership experience in a variety of industries and companies, including Datalink, HealthEast, Chamilia, MTS Systems, Starkey Hearing, ADC Telecommunications, McKesson Corporation, Carlson Companies, United Health Group, Aetna, and Park Nicollet Medical Center.

Dave served on the Board of Directors of ADC (India) Communications and Infotech Private Limited.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Western Governors University, along with an Associate Degree in Electronics from Brown Institute. He is also a graduate of the Carlson Companies Executive Leadership Program and the University of St. Thomas Center for Business Excellence Executive Leadership Program.
