The panel will be speaking on their expertise of commercial development opportunities, as well as the current state of manufacturing in terms of expansion and downsizing.
The Meeting Panel :Doug Boser- Real Estate Developer
Being raised on a farm in the small town of Pierz, MN, Doug developed a rigorous work ethic, strong technical base and passion for construction theory, fixing buildings and constructing cabinets in the family chicken coop. After building his first house at 17, Doug aspired to apply his ambition and hustle to the construction industry, ultimately founding Boser Construction, Inc. (BCI) in 1996.
Since then, Doug has earned his place as leader of the commercial building industry in Central Minnesota. In the aftermath of the Great Recession, Doug took a bold leap to combine his passion for construction with his increasing interest in real estate. Inventure's earliest commercial development projects ran alongside BCI until 2017, when Doug sold BCI to two longtime employees and shifted his attention fully to Inventure.
As Founder, President and CEO of Inventure, clients look to Doug for trustworthy advice and focused solutions on real estate and development opportunities. His extensive commercial construction experience, design expertise and over 30 years in the industry set him apart as an advisor and give him the priceless insight necessary to successfully craft value-driven solutions that create long-term benefits for his clients and his community.

Doug has a vision to fuel the long-term growth and vitality of the St. Cloud region through commercial development, and looks forward to Inventure's future as a key component of the areas success.
Mike Gohman- President of W Gohman Construction
Mike Gohman grew up in the business learning from his father and grandfather and is the third-generation owner of W. Gohman Construction. He has worked in all areas of the firm and was named president in 2006. Today, Mike's responsibilities include the day-to-day administration of W. Gohman Construction. He coordinates scheduling equipment, field employee placement, and training. He also oversees estimating, project management, and marketing functions. Mike's been involved in numerous manufacturing projects throughout his 36-year career, ranging from new construction and expansion to remodeling and renovation.
Lance Louis- President/CEO of Louis Industries
Lance Louis is the President/CEO and a shareholder in Louis Industries Inc. He is a third-generation owner of the family run business. His involvement started in his teens by helping in the summer and after school. Since joining the company full time in 1999, Louis Industries has evolved from a small agricultural manufacturer to a world class job shop. Louis Industries today supports many small and medium sized OEM's with there sheet metal needs.
During his tenure at Louis Industries, he has led the implementation of their ERP system, ISO registration, sales team, and operations. Lance helped create a groundbreaking integration of CAD, CAM, and ERP software into one integrated manufacturing platform. He has led Louis Industries into advanced manufacturing including robotic welding, cellular manufacturing, and fiber laser cutting.
Lance is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth. He has also participated in the Anderson Center Owner/President Forum, Vice President of the Central MN Manufacturers Association (CMMA), and is a business representative on the Governors Workforce Development Board (GWDB)
Eric O'brien- Commercial Real Estate
In early 2017, Eric took a leap and never looked back, moving from commercial lending to commercial brokerage. Coming onboard Commercial Realty Solutions was an easy decision and he brought with him 15 years of commercial lending experience. Two years later, Eric dedicated himself and the CRS team to providing our high level of service to Central Minnesota, establishing a St. Cloud office in May 2019. Having grown up in Central Minnesota and graduating from St. Johns University, the opportunity to serve the area with his experience was the right fit at the right time. He now resides in South St. Cloud and has a strong passion for serving the community and growing the CRS brand. Eric is an active member and supporter of the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce, Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation, Central Minnesota Manufacturing Association and various organizations and non-profits.
