Learn Ways to Connect With Local Schools and Job Seekers!

Develop your future workforce by learning about and utilizing Minnesota-based, online business directories to create opportunities and build rapport and relationships with job seekers, local schools, and community partners.  These directories are free online tools developed for anyone searching for career exploration and job experiences in our region, but will be particularly useful for community organizations and teachers wanting to strengthen partnerships with businesses in their local communities.

Most high schools are expanding their efforts to prepare students for career opportunities by offering Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs and workforce experiences pre-graduation. This model is reliant on business partnerships, on the job training, and career pathway opportunities. Enrolling your business into these directories will give your organization a chance to help develop job seeker and student career opportunities, as well as increase the likelihood of building a strong workforce in your company and throughout Minnesota.
