Process Logic, Inc. in Waite Park, MN. As CEO I’m involved with directing the direction of the company and sales.
 
What was your first job? 
Horizon Roofing, Inc. doing commercial roofing at the age of 12.

I grew up outside the St Cloud and now live in Cold Spring MN

Tina Scepaniak and kids Katelynn and Gavin
 
Do you have any hobbies, play any sports or favorite games? 
I love downhill skiing. Give me a bunch of powder in the winter and I’m in heaven in the winter. In the summer it’s running, mountain biking, and being out on the lake.
 
Comment on your involvement with CMMA: 
I’m looking forward to serving on the board and hope to be a benefit to the association.
 
What would CMMA members be surprised to learn about you? 
I currently have two patents and have 12 other items I’m hoping to get patented so far. I really love inventing and problem solving, and that is why I got involved in this industry because Process Logic is constantly inventing things and solving problems for our customers.
