CMMA Education Sponsorship Grant Application

K-12 schools in the CMMA region are eligible to apply for grant funding once per calendar year.  Review our Grant Funding Guidelines (also on this web page) and then fill out the application below.

Fields marked with an * are required.

Equipment (durable items such as tools, calipers, welders)
Supplies/Materials (demonstration materials, classroom or project supplies)
Curriculum materials (software, videos, manuals, DVDs)
Student field trips/competitions (registration fees, mileage, and transportation costs)
Special project/other (explain below)

By accepting grant funds from CMMA, you agree to provide photos and marketing materials that we will use in our social media and other promotions.  All minors under the age of 18 must have a signed publicity concent.

Have you helped students get registered into Pathways to Careers? Pathways to Careers helps connect students with career exploration opportunities and resources to learn more about careers in manufacturing. Teachers are encouraged to guide their students through the sign-up process so they can explore potential career pathways and connect with local businesses.
