Penny Hanson grew up in an entrepreneurial family where having your own family business was the norm, not the exception. For 25 years Penny worked in marketing for private, family owned, private equity, public, and start-up organizations, including Health & Home Technologies, SAS, Schwan's, Graco, Wagner Spray Tech and BF Goodrich. Her experience includes corporate marketing, branding, licensing, and strategic planning for businesses in consumer goods, durable goods, industrial and aerospace industries. She's particularly experienced with sales teams, art teams, social media strategy, content strategy, and domestic and international lead generation programs.

Founded in 1953, Park Industries is North America's largest stoneworking equipment manufacturer. The 100% family owned company expanded to provide precision solutions for the metal cutting industry.
