Join us for a virtual presentation from Mike Roth, owner of Mike Roth Traction Consulting.  By now many of us have heard of The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®) as explained in Gino Wickman’s award winning book “Traction.”  This presentation will cover what it means to be 100% strong in each of the six key components of EOS®, along with observations about pitfalls and breakthrough strategies along the journey to mastery learned over the last 10 years.
 
Mike Roth is a Certified EOS^® Implementer (of the Entrepreneurial Operating System as outlined in Gino Wickman’s book, “Traction”), Entrepreneur and Business Coach.  He is a CPA with a 35-year background in strategic planning, process execution, financial forecasting, sales management and practical business management.  Mike has a passion for helping small businesses grow and since 2011 has dedicated his career to help companies build a simple, workable structure of practices and operational procedures focused on execution to realize their vision.  Mike lives in Cold Spring with his wife, Kim.  Together they have 6 children and 7 grandchildren.
