CMMA is committed to helping our members with the current workforce challenge. To get a better understanding of what benefits and engagement programs are being offered to employees in the area CMMA members participated in the Central Minnesota Employee Benefits & Engagement Programs Survey in the fall of 2021.

The survey was sponsored by Lakes Area Manufacturers Alliance, Brainerd Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce, Brainerd Lakes Area Economic Development Corporation, Lakes Area Human Resources Association, Central Minnesota Society of Human Resources (SHRM) and CMMA. 

95 responses to the survey were completed.
